Hair Color

How much does hair color cost at The Greenroom Salon?
Single process color starts at $81, highlights start at $88, bleach & tone starts at $118 and balayage starts at $182. Your final price depends on hair length, thickness and technique. Your colorist will confirm it before starting.
Do you offer balayage?
Yes. Balayage is one of our specialties. Our colorists hand-paint lightness for a soft, sun-kissed look that grows out gracefully and needs fewer touch-ups.
What's the difference between balayage and highlights?
Balayage is painted by hand for a blended, lived-in result. Foil highlights create brighter, more even dimension from root to end. We offer face-frame, partial and full highlights, and your colorist can help you choose or combine both.
Do you offer ammonia-free hair color?
Yes. We offer ammonia-free single process color with Nectaya and TC Zero, a gentler option for sensitive scalps or anyone who prefers a low-odor formula.
What is a gloss, and do I need one?
A gloss is a quick, sheer color treatment that boosts shine, tones brassiness and refreshes faded color. You can book it on its own or pair it with single process color as a Single & Gloss.
What is Olaplex, and should I add it?
Olaplex rebuilds broken bonds inside the hair to repair damage from lightening, heat and styling. We recommend it for blondes, balayage clients and anyone with dry or fragile hair. It's available as a standalone treatment.
How long does a color appointment take?
Face-frame highlights take about 30 minutes to apply, partial highlights about 45 minutes and full highlights about 75 minutes. Processing and styling add to that time. [CONFIRM total visit times for balayage and single process.]
How often should I refresh my color?
Root touch-ups are usually every 4–6 weeks. Balayage can often go 10–12 weeks. A gloss between visits keeps color vibrant.
How do I protect my color from the Florida sun?
Use a color-safe shampoo, wash in cool water and use a UV or heat protectant. Ask your stylist which Kérastase or Oribe products are best for your color.
Can you fix color from another salon or box dye?
Yes. Our colorists can correct brassy, uneven or box-dye color. We start with a consultation to plan the safest path.

Haircuts

How much is a haircut at The Greenroom Salon?
A women's haircut and blowdry starts at $77, and men's cuts start at $41. Pricing varies by length, thickness and stylist level.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome when a stylist is available. To guarantee your time, book online or call (561) 447-9506.
Is a blowout included with my haircut?
Yes. Our Haircut/Blowdry service includes a finishing blowout, so you leave styled and ready to go.
Do you cut men's hair?
Yes. Our stylists offer tailored men's cuts, from classic to modern styles, with the same attention to detail as every service.
Do you cut curly or textured hair?
Yes. Let us know your texture when you book so we can match you with the right stylist.
How often should I get a haircut?
Short styles look best every 4–6 weeks. Longer hair usually needs a trim every 8–12 weeks to keep ends healthy.
What if I just need my bangs trimmed?
Book a quick Bang Trim between full haircuts to keep your fringe fresh and shaped.

Hair Extensions

What types of hair extensions do you offer?
We offer tape-in, hand-tied weft and K-tip extensions. During your consultation we'll recommend the best method for your hair type, lifestyle and goals.
Do I need a consultation before getting extensions?
Yes. Every extension service starts with a consultation so we can assess your hair, match your color and plan your length and volume.
How much do hair extensions cost?
Pricing depends on the method, how much hair you need and the length. You'll receive an exact quote at your consultation.
How long do extensions last?
With proper care, most extensions need a move-up every 6–8 weeks, and the hair itself can often be reused for several months.
Will extensions damage my natural hair?
When professionally installed and maintained, extensions are designed to be gentle on your hair. Regular maintenance visits keep your natural hair healthy.
Will the extensions match my hair color?
Yes. We custom color-match your extensions, and we can pair them with a color service for a seamless blend.
Can I color, heat-style or swim with extensions?
Yes, with care. Use a heat protectant, rinse after pool or ocean swims and follow your stylist's at-home care routine.
How do I care for my extensions at home?
Use sulfate-free products, brush gently from the ends up and avoid sleeping with wet hair. Your stylist will recommend extension-safe products.

Hair Styling

How much does a blowout cost?
Blow dry services start at $42, depending on hair length and thickness. For curls, waves or sleek flat-iron finishes, add Extra Time (Hot Tools).
How long will my blowout last in Florida humidity?
Most blowouts last 2–4 days with care. Sleep on a silk pillowcase and use a dry shampoo. For long-lasting smoothness, ask about a keratin treatment.
Do you style hair for weddings and events?
Yes. We style brides, bridal parties and guests for weddings, proms, graduations and special events. Book early so we can reserve enough time.
What is Extra Time (Hot Tools)?
It's an add-on that gives your stylist dedicated time for curling irons, flat irons and other tools, perfect for polished, photo-ready looks.
Should I come with clean or dirty hair for styling?
For most blowouts, come with clean hair or we'll shampoo you. For updos, hair washed the day before often holds better. Your stylist will advise you when you book.
Can you recreate a look from a photo?
Yes. Bring inspiration photos, and your stylist will suggest adjustments that suit your face shape and hair type.
What products do you use?
We use premium professional brands including Kérastase and Oribe, and they're available to purchase in the salon so you can keep your style going at home.
